Lemme be really clear: I’m a therapist who actually shows up, even if it's slightly chaotically & sometimes unhinged.
I say what I think. And if I don't, my face probably does. (Oops. You can call me out for it.) I do a lot of things we're taught not to do in grad school, not because that stuff’s wrong, I’m just not gonna blank-slate ya. Because if you don't feel like you're talking to someone real, what's the point?
This isn't the nod-&-reflect kind of therapy. We're gonna name things, call things what they are, & actually talk like two people having a real conversation about what's going on with you & why.
Some sessions are grounding & softer. Some get emotional. Some we stir something up that's been running the show for years - carefully, intentionally, & yeah, sometimes spicy as hell.
You'll always know what's happening & why because I give you choice & let you lead. No mysteries, no clinical distance, no leaving sessions more confused than when you came in.
Trauma & complex trauma. Attachment wounds & relationship patterns. Identity & self-concept. Anxiety, burnout & emotional overwhelm. Life transitions, grief & those “why does this keep happening" loops you can't seem to get out of.

When you reach out, we'll actually talk about what's going on, what you're looking for, & whether I'm the right fit for it. I'll be honest with you about my availability & whether what you're navigating is in my wheelhouse.
You don't need a prepared speech. You don't need to know exactly what to say. You can literally just tell me what's been going on & we'll go from there.
If it feels good on both sides, we schedule an intake session & I'll send you everything you need (aka all my fun forms) ahead of time.
The first session is about understanding you better; it’s not about diagnosing you, not about fixing you, & definitely not about checking boxes. Just actually getting to know more about what's really happening & what you need.
If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you. I won't ghost you, I won't leave you hanging, & I'll help you figure out next steps if I can.
