1–3 sessions max | Telehealth | NC & SC
Getting a gender-affirming letter can feel like you're about to be evaluated, questioned, or asked to prove something you've already spent years knowing about yourself.
That's not what this is.
My job here isn't to decide if you're "trans enough" or ask you to build a case. It's to have a real conversation, get what I need to write you a thorough letter, & get you on your way.
We'll typically meet for 1–2 sessions, though we may need 3 just to get the full picture. We'll talk about:
That's it; the whole thing. No checklist to pass, no story to perform. Some people need one session, some want two, & if you’re extra talkative it may take three. We go at your pace.
I write gender-affirming letters using an informed, non-gatekeeping model grounded in WPATH Standards of Care (SOC8).
That means you're the authority on your own identity. I'm not here to assess your worthiness for care; I'm here to support your access to it.
I know that medical gatekeeping has a history of being actively harmful. I take that really seriously. This process is built to be as low-barrier & low-stress as possible.
Letters are typically completed within a week of the last time we meet; if I’m gonna need longer, I’ll def let you know
Sessions are telehealth which means no commute, no waiting room
Available for clients in North Carolina & South Carolina
Not sure what kind of letter you need? That's okay, we can figure it out together
Sessions are billed the same way as regular therapy - so if I'm in-network with your insurance, that applies here too
The letter itself is a separate documentation fee: $175/hour based on the time it takes me to write. Most letters don't take long (1-2 hours max) but I'll give you a heads up if anything changes that!
If you're ready to get your letter - or just have questions - reach out. No pressure. No proving yourself. Just chats. I’m here to help!
Trust me, I legit value your privacy. HIPAA says I have to. 😅 But, I'm also nothing if not transparent, SO — there are cookies. Unfortunately they're not the chocolate chip kind. BUT, feel free to bring those to sesh with you! These just helps to make your site experience the best possible 🫶🏻✨
