I work with grown-ups (18+ only) doing individual therapy - because that’s where I show up best.

No couples. No teens. No family group chaos. Just you & me.

• Gender identity, gender transitions (social/legal/medical), & dysphoria

• Anxiety, perfectionism, & being way too damn hard on yourself
• Big-ass life transitions & identity stuff
• Self-worth, body image, & figuring out how to feel at home in your own skin
• That inner voice that’s kind of a dick sometimes (we’re gonna talk to them!)

Before we get to the good stuff, there’s a lil admin party. 🎊 You’ll get a secure link to your client portal where you’ll fill out:

• Consent & policies
• Payment info
• Basic intake stuff

✨ It’s all online, all HIPAA-safe, and I pinky promise I won’t make you print anything.

And no pressure - if there’s a form you don’t want to sign, that’s your right. I’ll follow up if it impacts our work together.

✨ Yeah, it may feel excessive, BUT it really lays the groundwork for our work together!

You'll be able to request, reschedule, or cancel sessions straight from your client portal. You can even request a free 15 minute phone consult here! You can see what I have open & request the time on my calendar. When you get the confirmation email, you'll know we're ready to rock! 🎸

No emailing. No texting. No back-&-forth  “Hey, do you have anything next Tuesday at like…2?”convos.

I’ll respond to requests as soon as I can (usually within a business day or so) & keep things easy on both our brains.🧠

✨Need to cancel or reschedule? No big - but I need at least 24 hours notice.

✨If it’s less than 24 hours or you're a no show, that’s a late cancel & you'll get charged a $150 late cancellation fee.

✨ You get one freebie a year - because life happens. But after that? The policy holds.

✨If you’re more than 15 minutes late without giving me a heads up, it might be a no-show. Depends on the day, if I have a migraine, or if Mercury's in retrograde. 🤷🏼‍♀️

• My session rate is $175 & it's due when we meet.

• Sliding scales aren't a part of what I do . I know therapy can be a financial commitment - my rate reflects the quality of care, training, & energy I bring into our work.⚡️

• But! If you have out-of-network benefits, I can send you a superbill each month to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Why's private pay a good option?!

• It keeps our work more confidential & personalized!!

• We don’t have to play “guess the diagnosis” for coverage. 🤷🏼‍♀️ (Not that I ever guess, guys. Honestly.)

• We’re not limited to what insurance says is “medically necessary”. (Ugh. Insurance.😩)

• You get the therapy you want, NOT the therapy they’ll reimburse.

Even though "Ugh. Insurance.😩" is how I feel sometimes, I am in network with:

• Aetna
• BCBS
• Cigna
• Medcost
• UHC

• If you wanna know if I'm in network with your plan specifically, give your insurance co. a ring 📱 & they can let you know!

✨ BUT - no surprise fees. No shady billing vibes. Just clarity & consistency.

You can message me via your secure portal or if it's a super-must-see NOW - my HIPAA compliant phone number (which is all over this site).

What to know:

• I’ll reply within 1–2 business days. If I'm in sesh, busy af, or being a chaos monster, I def won't see your texts though, which is why you have your portal for scheduling purposes!
• I don’t respond to messages on weekends or holidays.
• Social media DMs are not the move - I won’t see them, & even if I do, I won’t respond.

✨ Boundaries keep us both sane. Messaging is for admin stuff (scheduling, logistics, etc.), not therapy convos between sessions.

I’m not available 24/7 & I don’t provide crisis services. If you need immediate support, please don’t wait.
