I gladly accept self-pay clients and am in-network with Aetna, BCBS, CBHA, Cigna and Evernorth, Medcost, Optum, United Healthcare, and UMR - aka, a whole bunch of insurance companies. Not sure if I’m in-network for your specific plan? "This is me trying" to help, but your best bet is to check with your insurance company or peek at their website. And if I’m out-of-network, don’t worry - I can provide a superbill so you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement yourself!
This time it's an actual money situation, though I'll take the good vibes, too! I take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and even your HSA, or FSA.
My self-pay rate is $150 per 50 minute session. You can think of it as self-care with the receipts. And honestly, investing in yourself "never goes out of style".
