We’ll connect to talk through:

  • what you’re hoping for & what’s feeling most present or urgent
  • logistics, availability, & my scope of practice
     

This isn’t a test.
You don’t need a polished explanation or a clear “therapy goal.”


IF WE MOVE FORWARD


If it feels like a good fit on both sides:

  • we schedule an intake session & I’ll send you what you need ahead of time
  • we take things at a pace that feels sustainable, not rushed
     

The first session is about understanding you, not fixing you.


IF IT’S NOT THE RIGHT FIT


Sometimes timing, needs, or fit don’t line up — & that’s okay.

If that happens:

  • I’ll be honest with you
  • I won’t ghost you
  • I’ll help you think through next steps or referrals when possible
     

You won’t be left hanging.


WHAT THERAPY WITH ME USUALLY LOOKS LIKE


Sessions COULD include:

  • slowing things down
  • naming patterns without judgment
  • making space for big feelings and real-life context
  • being honest, collaborative, & human
     

Some days are grounding.
Some days are connective.
Some days we stir shit up — intentionally & with care.


YOU’RE STILL (ALWAYS) IN CHARGE


You’re allowed to:

  • ask questions
  • take time to decide
  • pause
  • come back later
     

Nothing here requires certainty.


This is about finding something that actually supports you.
