I’m warm, direct, collaborative, & deeply invested in helping you make sense of your inner world — without pathologizing who you are. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your history, & your capacity on any given day.

✨Sometimes we stir things up — gently, intentionally, & with care.


This is therapy that holds both structure & humanity, compassion & irreverence. We can name patterns and talk like real people. Both matter here.
